OLIVE GARDEN/;

12361 APOPKA-VINELAND RD, ORLANDO FL32826

THIS OLIVE GARDEN HAS A COMPUTER IN ALL TABLES, WHERE YOU CAN ORDER,CALL YOUR WAITER AND PAY YOUR BILL. IT ALSO HAS ELECTRONICS GAMES, AND NO SIGNS OR WARNINGS THAT YOU WILL BE CHARGE $1.99 IF YOU OPEN ANY OF THE GAMES/TRIVIA.

THIS IS REALLY A RIP OFF, THERE IS NO SIGN THAT INDICATES THAT IF YOU OPEN ONE, YOU WILL BE CHARGE, THE WAITER WILL NOT ADVISED YOU, NOR THERE IS A SIGN WARNING YOU OF THE CHARGE, UNTIL YOU PRINT THE BILL AND SEE THE $1.99 FEE. I COMPLAINED TO THE WAITER AND HE ONLY REPLIED THAT IT WAS A GREAT PROFIT ITEM FOR OLIVE GARDEN, OFF COURSE IT IS, THE CUSTOMER IS BEING RIPPED OFF, SINCE YOU NOW PAY AT THE TABLE, AND IF YOU DONT CLOSELY REVIEW THE RECEIPT YOU WILL NEVER NOTICE THE CHARGE.

I ASK OLIVE GARDEN TO ELIMINATE THIS GAMES, OR HAVE A SIGN THAT CLEARLY STATES THAT YOU WILL BE CHARGE $1.99 TO VIEW THE GAMES/TIVIA. THEY WILL BE LPSSING CUSTOMERS FOR THIS UNFAIR CHARGE $1.99.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Location: Orlando, Florida

These devices are also at Apple Bees. There is no actual warning.

No agreement. Plus they set these devices at the end of the table. Guess who sits at the end of the table? Tiny children who can't read but know how to push buttons.

Ours had a cute cartoon that said play now. No warning about cost.

These people pray on tiny kids who have no idea what they are pushing. It's a huge scam.

Funny that...since the device itself warns you no less than 3 times that there will be a charge....perhaps you just weren't paying attention?

I've seen these at Olive Gardens (as well as Chili's). They do indeed tell you that you will be charged, directly on the screen.

Usually multiple times.

I think perhaps this customer wasn't paying attention to the screen. My 10-year-old daughter noticed they cost money when we last ate at Olive Garden, and asked permission to play a game. If she could spot the charge, why couldn't a full-grown adult?

(Who doesn't know how to use Caps Lock or Shift, incidentally... maybe technologically illiterate?)

It is obvious that you work for the company that provides Olive Garden with these Ziosk Tablets. These table top tablet games are a ripp off !!!

and they are deceptive $1.99 per game, you might as well go spent your money on slot machines and lotto. Most families and people go to Olive Garden to enjoy a nice meal not to ve worrying about being charged for services that you did not asked for....
