YESTERDAY IN TUCSON, MY FRIEND AND I HAD SOUP AND SALAD. THAT WAS GOOD, BUT THE WAIT WAS 20 TO 30 MINITES FOR THE BOOTH, WAITING IN THE LOBBY WITH ONLY ONE SETTEE WITH A HOLE IN IT.

FULL TO THE BRIM WITH FOUR PEOPLE, AND SO DISABLED AS I AM THEY BROUGHT ME A CHAIR. WHAT A WASTE THIS REMODLE WAS WHEN THEY REMOVED THE SEATING. tHE LOBBY WAS FULL.IT WAS SO WONDERFUL BEFORE AND NOW IT IS NOT.THE WAITRESS WAS NOT THE WORST BUT NOT FRIENDLY.SHE ANNOUNCED SHE WOULD NOT EAT THE ZUPPA SOUP. WHO CARED???THEN CAME TIME TO PAY THE BILL.

SHE SAID SHE COULD NOT ACCEPT MY TWO PRINTED $1 OFF COUPONS.I WILL CALL CORPORATE.IN THE END SHE SAID THE MGR. SAID OK. aND GET THOSE PESKY MACHINES OFF OF THE TABLE.

SERVICE???? BAH HUMBUG.

Usually, only 1 coupon is allowed to be used. So you got more than a regular customer would've.....and you're STILL complaining???

The tax payers paid for your food anyway. They're the ones who should be conplaining!

I guess bad spelling and typing in all caps is a disability....I thought maybe it was a typo, but they wrote “remodle” twice. Bahahaha.
