Olive Garden - Screaming Kids
My husband and I are tired of going to restaurants where irresponsible parents think that it is okay for their children to scream and ruin dinner for everyone else within hearing distance. We are also tired of being told by the manager and employees that their "hands are tied." That was our experience at the Olive Garden on Alma School and Baseline in Mesa, Arizona.
We have been going to this restaurant for 20 years. This last visit is our last visit.
If you will not ask the parents to be respectful and tone down their kids we will no longer be the long standing regular patrons we have been. Shame on you for not being respectful and grateful to your regular patrons.
Reason of review: Screaming Children.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Olive Garden Cons: Disrespect an disreguard for regular patrons.
Location: Tempe, Arizona

Their hands are NOT tied; a private business can eject anyone who is disrupting and disturbing other customers. Try flying sometime and acting up. The plane will land and you will be arrested.
This bothers me as well. It seems parents have adapted a "let them do what they want" additude about their children.
All I had to do was give my son ONE look and he knew I meant business and would stop his bad behavior.
I'm at the point to where if this sorta thing happens again I will get up and say something to the parents. Perhaps after enough comments about their poor parenting they may do something about it or leave.
