Again visited olive garden oct 24 2017 for lunch vero beach fl. 4th time Veneta at front reception was rude, harsh, dictating, go sit down until I say u can have a table.

I said u could smile once inawhile, greet, and she laughed at me and walked off. Then she came by my table and laughed at me again. An unhappy customer and she spoiled my meal yet again. She should not be allowed near customers.

Rude, harsh, never helpful or friendly. Rest of staff nice. Friends dont go there any more bcause she is so rude and harsh and dictating. The manager never appeared tho I asked to speak to mgr.

Jeremy Connell general manager should fire her. Laughing at an unhappy customer is unacceptable behavior.

it's not your place to reprimand other people unless they are your own staff. And if you are a man, it is sexist for you to tell a woman "to smile".
