Wasted money

I ordered Olive Garden to go at the bay rd Saginaw MI location. I ordered a lasagna with a salad and I customized my salad how I wanted it.

No tomatos no black olives and extra pepperchini peppers with 4pks of croutons. And utensils. I drove 45min back and forth for this food and spent $30 for my salad to not be customized actually looked as if they put extra black olives in it. No utensils, Im working I have nothing to eat with!

So now I just wasted my time, money, and gas. I called the Saginaw one and the manager was extremely rude and said I was wrong! I told her Im eating a fry *** salad with my fingers and she said she is hanging up cause I cussed.

And then didnt want to give me the # to corporate so I google searched to email because it didnt have to be that big of a deal but she kept telling me I was wrong and I didnt order what I ordered! I have my receipt and im hoping to hear a response back.

How is it my fault when I ordered online? I ordered exactly how I wanted it!

I didn’t talk to anybody until after I got back with my order wrong!

They were wrong! And I actually eat inside there often, this was my first “to go” order and it will be my last ever order

Went there. It was starting to snow outside went inside got a booth they had to air out.

It was freezing. I heard the other table complaining also and there was a third party to. I was so cold my hands were freezing. I had to cover up all my coat, I told the waitress so she told a manager.

When is your turn the heat on it got warm for about two minutes then I started getting cold again I got up looked at the thermostat and the heat wasnt even on it was the fan which is blowing cold air around , my food came out dirty minutes later the angel hair was gone me and just thrown on a plate.

The carbonara sauce came out in a separate bowl which shouldve never happened so I told the manager now that the heat is still not on he went over and just turned it on auto, but it still wasnt on heat , my husband does heating and air so we knew what was going on. If its cold and customers are complaining, why not put the heat on I doubt will ever go back management was poor food was cold the soup was cold.

I am HIGHLY annoyed and mad that I have been transferred 7 different times and on the phone with Olive Garden for over 40 mins. I ordered a chicken fettuccine and only got fettuccine NO chicken. Ive been on the phone for 40 mins and got hung up and no one ever bothered to check up on me. I wasnt mad at first I just wanted to get the chicken and then I got mad after I was on hold for 40 mins and no one got back to me! I also have pictures I can show you. Im no one to complain but this was a frustrating situation

Olive Garden 1305 S. interstate 35 San Marcos Texas had the chicken gnocchi soup. It was not thick and creamy and they did not have spinach in it. They had celery I was recently to the Olive Garden in Temple the week before and their chicken gnocchi soup was delicious with spinach. !!

I have eaten at olive garden before.its been awhile.it was my daughter her 5 year old son and myself.my daughter and I got sales soup and bread sticks.my grandson ordered shell noodles and fries.all the food was awful .the soup was cold.the sales wasn't cut up huge piece is.breadsticks were so hard we could hardly chew them.i was kind of shocked.his fries were burnt.. noodles were cold.just awful.its the one on nickelsville don't eat thererd.

Food poisioning

yesterday my friends and I a party of 10 went to your location on Woodrow bean Transmountain in El Paso Texas around 8pm mst. We all ended up with food poisoning.

We all had chicken our one friend had egg plant parm and my daughter had pizza. All sick. The manager said she would refund our bill but could only do mine so my friend called in about hers.

The manager was rude she stated she did 50 orders of chicken and shrimp carbonara and we are the only table to complain. First off I think that was extremely rude of her and not only that she hung up on my friend when she said we had to wait for 15 mins in an empty restaurant.

Very poor service and problem with bill.

Recently had dinner at Olive Garden In Panama City Beach, Florida and had many issues. (02/25/2024 - check #33691) We ordered an appetizer along with 2 entrees with salad.

The appetizer came out and a minute later the salad bowel and a couple minutes later the entrees, all within 5 minutes. We didn't get to enjoy our appetizer, due to the salad arriving, so we both got a plate of salad when the main entre arrived. Needless to say, the main course was cold before we got to it. When I tried to pay at the table with a credit card the tip was included in the bill.

I like to give the waitress cash for good service, but I did not get the option. There was no place on the table kiosk to not leave a tip which is my usual routine.

Not a favorable meal or evening with my wife. Hope you can correct these issues.

I put my name on the wait list.when i got to the restaurant on clicked on the link on my messages.i was told to wait and that i was #1 on the list.me and my wife waited in the car for over a hour,never got a call back.this happen at olive garden in Queensbury NY on glen st.me and the wife left very unsatsified with the service,this is not a way to treat your customers.

Fell in establishment !

On 2/16/24 as I was leaving Olive GardenI caught my toe on a corner of the mud runner that was flipped up in the entry and fell. This was between the two sets of glass doors.

There was staff that witnessed it and offered help immediately. The GM, was brought out. They made certain I didn't require Rescue and sent me on my way. I followed up via email 2/18 that I would be seeking medical attention.

I followed up via email on 2/27 stated he would have Liability contact me. Followed up with Via email on 3/4, told I would be contacted soon. Reached out on 3/6. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!!

I have been in a lot pain for almost a month which is unacceptable. I would appreciate someone reaching out to me to resolve this.

I am waiting on an email reply to my question. How do you delete a lost card number after entering a new number for online orders? I spoke with a customer service representative and she stated someone would email a response.. Im sure there must be a simple solution. I have not had this issue with other restaurants.

We visited the Auburn ME location on 11/26/2023 @ approximately 4 pm eastern time. Upon checking in the hostess stated it would be 15 min wait.

We waited with a party of four to include a three year old and one year old children. We were called to be seated and they brought us through to the bar area with booths directly in back of the bar. I told the hostess this was not an appropriate area to be seated with young children. She stated we would have to go back to the waiting area and wait again for a table in the dining room.

We went back to wait and I spoke with a female manager and asked if it was a restaurant policy to seat young children in the bar area. The manager stated that they do not view the booths directly in back of bar as part of the bar. The booth was less than 3-4 ft from the actual bar. She offered no other assistance and was quite blunt and unhelpful.

I mentioned to the manager that several parties that checked in after us were called to be seated and felt we were now being ignored.

She stated some people checked in online which was not the case because I overheard the conversation with hostess when they checked in. After approximately 15 min we were called to be seated. The hostess asked if we needed childrens menus which we replied yes. She could clearly see the size and age of the children when she brought us through to be seated.

She stopped at a booth and asked if we wanted booster seats. We requested one high chair for the one year old. She informed us that we could not have a high chair in that area as there wasnt enough room for people to pass through. She told us if we wanted a table that could accommodate a high chair we would have to go back to the waiting area and wait again for a table to become available.

We choose to leave at that point.

The children had been excited all day to go out for dinner as its not something they get to experience often.

It took a great amount of energy just to take them out and the lack of customer service this location along with the manager and staff provided was deplorable.

Training on customer service needs to be provided to the manager and hostess staff.

A good manager would have at least offered to help to see that we were seated comfortably with the children especially after I asked to speak with her.

I have never experienced such poor customer service at any other Olive Garden locations. Very disappointing and the children cried as we had to leave.
