Olive Garden - Complaint
Olive Garden - Complaint
Hello, I hope you are well. Since Olive Garden reopened after Covid, I have had a few negative experiences with your Cherry Hill location. I came in one evening at 7:30 to sit outside and was told they were no longer serving. I had called to see what time they were...

Coffee issues

I am NOT pissed off, my concerned was the coffee is NEVER hot enough for me even adding creamer, I suggested that Olive Garden use a small thermal that would keep coffee VERY hot NOt warm. And leave at the table so I can serve myself. I have a thermal I use at home for coffee or hot tea and my coffee stays fresh and hot for 24 hours I mean REALLY hot I use it for our road trips.

Coffee to be VERY HOT and you should purchase thermos that keep coffee 24 hours fresh and hot and give our Veterans a 20 % discount and we would show our military ID.

We stopped in to the Farragut, TN location for dinner on July 5th at about 6:00 and ordered a bottle of Chardonnay. The server came back to inform us there was no Chardonnay. We then ordered a glass of the Cavit Pinot Gris. Same problem. What is wrong with a major...

With your immaturity I am surprised that you old enough to drink. You got free wine, so why the whine.

I get it you wanted free cheese with your whine. Thinks run out, I would think that if you are old enough to drink, you are old enough to learn that things run out and do not always go your way. The other person is right, covid has disrupted a lot of things. It is not bad management.

I am surprised that you were not carded. With how childish you were behaving I am surprised they did not think you were seven.

Manager complain

Poor management neither of the managers were able to fix my issue. The online waiting list is useless because they make us wait longer. Managers have no customer service skills and there was 4-6 employees hanging out outside talking working the list.

Reasonable request

I was very excited when I consulted my weight watcher app to find a low point way to have a pasta meal with whole grain noodles. When were finally seated I asked about this and was told It is no longer carried. We left without ordering. Why would you stop the one way for weight conscious people to be able to enjoy pasta. Its not like their are only a few people in this world that are dieting. You lost our business this evening because of a lack of a box of whole grain pasta. Sounds kind of dumb to me I understand the trimmed menu due to COVID but why trim the way the pasta noodle selection!

As a long time WW person, you only save a point or two max with whole grain. That said, Olive Garden is a business.

They aren't going to keep things on hand that aren't on demand. I'm guessing rarely does anyone order this item.

There are tons of other things you could have ordered there such as chicken, soup, etc. that would have been more WW friendly than any pasta.

#2010451

A cup of whole grain pasta is 4 points. A cup of regular pasta is 5 points.

Easy.. It did sell

Not getting hired with Olive Garden

Why didn't I get hired with Olive Garden I just interviewed with Olive Garden yesterday now I find out you guys don't want to hire me. I interviewed to be a busser. Why won't you guys hire me is it because of my disability that I have. Is it because I have Autism or is it because I have anxiety. I am super mad.

Instead of trying to claim it is because of your disability why not just do the adult thing and admit that you were not qualified?

Poor environment

No, Lawrenceville Olive Garden has not reached out whatsoever. They dont care about the guest experience just the profit and loss sheet

User's recommendation: Go to langhorn Olive Garden.

Improved from last time

Food temperature, quantity, and freshness were much improved from my last visit (couple of months ago). I am encouraged to visit again before too long.

User's recommendation: if you have been unhappy, give them another try. they seem to have listened to complaints and fixed things, at least in Lakewood.

Report an incident

We went to the Olive Garden at I-240 in OKC yesterday around 1:00 and they asked my husband and I to wait outside in the cold and wind. Hes 76 and Im 69. When they finally came to get us my husband caught his foot on the edge of a bench and fell flat. The manager and another gentleman waiting outside picked him up. I said thats what happens when you make old people wait outside when you have an empty lobby. He never said he was sorry or anything nor did he check back in with him.

User's recommendation: Be more concerned about your customers.

You could have waited in the car, like I've done. And someone could have tripped at any age.

I'm not sure what you wanted. It's not like they pushed him.
