As a frequent visitor to Olive Garden, I've always enjoyed their cozy ambiance and delicious Italian fare. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed.

Today, my family and I decided to dine at Olive Garden for lunch, a ritual we usually look forward to on certain days and weeks. Unfortunately, our anticipation quickly turned to dismay when our salad arrived before the main dishes, revealing an unexpected and unwelcome addition: a hair unmistakably present amidst the greens. The sight was truly disheartening, casting a shadow over what should have been an enjoyable meal together.

While I've always appreciated the flavors and hospitality at Olive Garden, this incident has made me reconsider returning. I sincerely hope that Olive Garden addresses and rectifies this mistake, ensuring that such mishaps do not recur and that their patrons can dine again without worry.

Did you put it there, realizing maybe you could finagle your way to free food?

About three weeks ago I was in Reynoldsburg, OH to see my Mom who has Parkinson's and dementia and sadly losng her battle to these horrific diseases. I asked her if she'd like to go to grab lunch which most days are hard for her to even function but when i said it was her choice on where to go she picked Olive Garden, I didn't complain as I love dining here.
I had to transport Mom by wheelchair since she couldn't make the walk. Imagine my surprise when I'm trying my hardest to open the doors while trying to get her inside and once in I see four...yes FOUR employees standing there watching me struggle. Not one of them welcomed us and the older lady who seated us seemed put out that I couldn't keep up with her. I've had five spine surgeries and 3/4 of my back is fused together so this was a task for me to do alone. Once seated we our server was immediately there getting our drink order. I wish I could remeber her name because she was amazing and so caring and could see by my face how frazzled I was. We enjoyed a delicious meal and Mom ate great that day, she eats like a bird lately so to see her get two servings of salad and eat more than half her chicken parm made my day.
We finished our meal and to the door we headed. Once again four people standing at the reception area and not one said have a nice day or kiss my *** even. Again I struggled with the doors and praying I didn't hurt her in the process. We made it to the car safley and home we went.
I live in Decatur, IL where we are always greeted upon arrival and doors always held open as either we enter or leave. We always feel welcomed and never feel as though we are a burden, yes I have visited this location after back surgery and while needing to be in a wheelchair so I know that feeling too well.
I just want you to know that I will never recommend the establishment we went to in Ohio to anyone and to be honest I will tell them they will get more respect at the local McDonald's.
I know we all have bad days and most try not to take it to work with them but when you see someone coming especially handicapped no one should stand around and watch a person struggle as they try to visit that establishment. I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant as I was that day.
I'm not asking for anything other than making sure all employees show a little respect for who visits, no matter the age or reason. Respect goes a long way.

I specifically asked for a certain server that I use every time I visit the restaurant. I asked for her and the people at the front desk specifically told that waitress was not there today.

When I was finished eating my favorite waitress came to my table. I was surprised and I told her I had specifically asked for her and they told me she wasnt working today. That really upset me and she looked surprised that I was at a different section because I always ask for her when I go. I am so very angry that they lied to me and said she wasnt working today!!!

Yes, we went to Olive Garden yesterday and had a waitress that gave us really bad service. She never asked if we needed a refill on our salads.

Even though I explained to her twice how I wanted my food, I still had to wait 20 minutes after paying my dues. In addition, I wanted to order food to take home and told her that I wanted it ready at the same time. After telling her this, she got upset, rolled her eyes at me, and gave me an attitude. My food was cold when I received it, and it wasn't prepared the way I wanted it.

I'm very upset.

I also told her twice that I wanted my bill separately before placing my order, but she insisted that I didn't. I constantly had to remind her to take my order or to give me what I needed, only for her to forget and leave again each time.

the restaurant before the lunch special was over had me sitting in a booth for over 20 minutes order 2 cheese raviolis and by the time I got the food it was cold. Not only that but I specifically said I wanted my Raviolis with Alfredo sauce

they brought me 2 cheese Raviolis with red Sauce and a Hair Spoke to One of the Mgr inthat I was going to get a discount or a feee one.

But like I indicated over 1 hour and they changed mgrs I got a mgr his

Hammond, Louisiana location over charged me and refused to give me my money when I contacted them. I called and spoke to the manager about it and he lied and blamed the extra charge on my bank.

All of this in Mothers Day. Ive been a repeat customer and this is the treatment I get. Ive overlooked the ants running rampart in the restaurant but to take extra money from my account and lie about it is absurb! They charged me gratuity and I order to go!

And refused to refund me! That is theft! And they give give cards to white customers for complaining about ants but refuse to refund the black customer for simply over charging them allegedly! Dennis the manager is part of the problem..

he did not try to resolve my issue! They are forcing customers to pay gratuity for ToGo orders and and blaming the banks for overcharges

Lucas at the Jefferson road location Rochester ny at 6:00pm took my order over the phone then went I got there to pick up my order he came out to bring it to the counter through the bag at me right in front of the manager Sarah when I ask Sarah was she the manager she said yes I said whats his name she told me Lucas But after the fact when I get home and look at my receipt it clearly say Served by BEN W And I also said you allowed this behavior with the customer to let him talk so Rudely and Throw the bag at me and not even say anything so I got my order and told both of them that I will be contacting Corporate about the Poor unprofessional Behavior I will Never go to that location again I was very disappointed

Myself and my daughter go to Olive Garden at least twice a month after payday to enjoy the soup and salad all you can eat late lunch we usually go to the one in the landing where we live but we were in Vineland and chose to just stop in at that one because we had never been there before. We had horrible service we always order the same thing the gnocchi chicken soup it came out curled and sour tasting we asked the server to take it back and see if they would make us a fresh batch she said they wont make a new soup until the old soup is gone so we chose to get a different soup which wasnt as tasty as what were used to getting After we asked her what was in it several times she had to go back into the kitchen to find out what was in it because she actually told us she doesnt like the food there and doesnt eat there so she doesnt know whats in the soups so I just questioned her being a server myself somewhere else why she didnt like the food there or at least taste it so she could tell the clientele about their meal she just shrugged her head and said its a job.

We also always order that or you can eat dipping sauce with breadsticks we got two breadsticks that were hard and about a scoop of the dipping sauce for two people which normally we get four breadsticks and a nicer amount of dipping sauce so we asked her to come back and bring us more breadsticks she came back about 10 minutes later with two more breadsticks they were still kind of crunchy and not nice soft and warm as if they were sitting under the warmers for a bit. And when we asked to speak to the manager The waitress told us she had stepped out because she was at her know as soon as she came back in with that point just asked to have a box taken home for the salad that was remaining and my daughter asked for another peach iced tea to go and we left paying the bill on the machine on the table. I kind of stewed about this all night thinking it was a different area with an attitude problem and just not good food but I just wanted someone to know that someone needs to check into the Liland branch on Delsea Drive because the people that were working they were just sitting around and you could see them into the kitchen where we were seated just laughing and carrying on but nobody wanted to take care of the three customers that were sitting at tables or I should say three other families that were sitting at tables it was around 3:30 in the afternoon yesterday so its not like they were that busy but they could at least come out and pay you some more attention than they did . As I said before we always go to the Mayslanding one never had a problem very friendly employees manager come out and ask you how your meal is never an issue until yesterday if you need to know where it was it was 3 880 South Delsea Dr.

in Vineland the server with Diana F we were there at 1604 on 320 and the check number was 13768 and like I said my name is Tina Taylor my phone number is 609-**** actually Im gonna give you my cell number 609457-**** if someone would like to call me back if not Im just logging this complaint because I find it to be embarrassing how we were treated . You have violated the terms of service of this site! If you are a server, you know they would have to throw out the previous vat that others evidentially had no complaints about! HOW DARE YOU question the waitress why she is working somewhere she really doesn't like the food?! When you start paying her bills and putting food on her table and gas in her car, then you can open your dumpster mouth.

It is insane to think the server should have tasted everything. She cannot make you understand what something tastes like!

That is all personal preference. Eat a bologna sandwich at home next time.

Went there. It was starting to snow outside went inside got a booth they had to air out.

It was freezing. I heard the other table complaining also and there was a third party to. I was so cold my hands were freezing. I had to cover up all my coat, I told the waitress so she told a manager.

When is your turn the heat on it got warm for about two minutes then I started getting cold again I got up looked at the thermostat and the heat wasnt even on it was the fan which is blowing cold air around , my food came out dirty minutes later the angel hair was gone me and just thrown on a plate.

The carbonara sauce came out in a separate bowl which shouldve never happened so I told the manager now that the heat is still not on he went over and just turned it on auto, but it still wasnt on heat , my husband does heating and air so we knew what was going on. If its cold and customers are complaining, why not put the heat on I doubt will ever go back management was poor food was cold the soup was cold.

Im just saying your corporation is absolutely inept. I literally gave you ithe inside tract.

I gave you exactly what was going on with the Flagstaff location and your district manager for Arizona decided not to act on it for Im sure only one reason that Nigel is your diversity hire. Fact of the matter is you are absolutely ridiculous for not using my resources as an inside mole. I had already infiltrated your corporation, I had found exactly where waste was going. who were just there for the paycheck and who actually deserve to be moving up in the ranks.

You did nothing about it which is absolutely ridiculous knowing that your brand is going downhill and fast. You now are on the precipice of the Flagstaff location losing a crap ton of people all at once because nothing was done with what I brought to you on a silver platter. I brought you corporate theft on a federal level that could have included jail time. And you did nothing.

My advice is that you bring me into corporate and let me tell you why you should bring me into many of hire me at locations that are experiencing some really problematic issues to figure out exactly who is the problem. I did it for free in Flagstaff but I would absolutely do it for pay because I thought it was really funny and a really good use of my time. If you want to figure out exactly where your waste is, where your corporate theft is, and who deserves to rise in the ranks thats honest and dependable you would hire me to go in as a new hire knowing the corporate structure already. Stay there for a couple months and tell you all of the tea.

Your corporation is going down in a ball of flames right now and you should really listen to me . Having owned three of my own medical corporations this is very easy for me.

These were multi million dollar corporations so I dont *** play around. Let me know if you need help

Lost egift card off of my Samsung

Management didn't honor the receipt was all we had to show proof of gift card

Thought mgt should have done more to help me...after all it was my FEB29 1948 Special Birthday gift from my daughter..but I lost the gift but had all that she needed to at least give me a free dessert..we had to pay full price fir the meal.

We didn't even get a discount for my Birthday...

I now have the card secured in my phone...thanks to your WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE YOUNG LADY WHO SENT ME A REPLACEMENT

"Special Birthday " Your birthday means absolutely nothing to anyone but you. The way you padded your complaint with irrelevant nonsense, one would think you're making this up.

In addition to not caring about your birthday, no one cares about your job or anything else. Your beef, if any is with whoever sold the card.
