Olive Garden - A fine dining want-a-be
While eating my salad, I noticed my napkin was dirty. I showed it to my friend, and pointed out that it was a shoe print.
I was waiting for the waiter to come by when my friend asked if I was going to say something, because it was bothering her, since she was wondering where her napkin had been. I finally stopped our waiter when he came to the table behind us. Me: My napkin is dirty. Him: Oh I'm sorry, I'll get you a new one Me: it has a shoe print on it Him: Oh, I'm sorry, That shouldn't happen.
(No $hit)I'll get you a new one. Me: That means that someone picked it up off the floor after it was stepped on and wrapped my napkin in it. Him: Oh, I'm sorry, that's unacceptable, I'll get you a new one. Later, I noticed my friend staring at something behind me.
It was a napkin on the floor. she said, I wonder where that one is going to end up. I myself saw 5 people literally step over it without picking it up. Finally someone who appeared to be the manager, came by and picked it up.
The second napkin only reiterates that employees don't practice proper cleanliness standards. I do have to wonder, what happens in the back where guests are not looking.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
