Horrible experience
Myself and my daughter go to Olive Garden at least twice a month after payday to enjoy the soup and salad all you can eat late lunch we usually go to the one in the landing where we live but we were in Vineland and chose to just stop in at that one because we had never been there before. We had horrible service we always order the same thing the gnocchi chicken soup it came out curled and sour tasting we asked the server to take it back and see if they would make us a fresh batch she said they wont make a new soup until the old soup is gone so we chose to get a different soup which wasnt as tasty as what were used to getting After we asked her what was in it several times she had to go back into the kitchen to find out what was in it because she actually told us she doesnt like the food there and doesnt eat there so she doesnt know whats in the soups so I just questioned her being a server myself somewhere else why she didnt like the food there or at least taste it so she could tell the clientele about their meal she just shrugged her head and said its a job.
We also always order that or you can eat dipping sauce with breadsticks we got two breadsticks that were hard and about a scoop of the dipping sauce for two people which normally we get four breadsticks and a nicer amount of dipping sauce so we asked her to come back and bring us more breadsticks she came back about 10 minutes later with two more breadsticks they were still kind of crunchy and not nice soft and warm as if they were sitting under the warmers for a bit. And when we asked to speak to the manager The waitress told us she had stepped out because she was at her know as soon as she came back in with that point just asked to have a box taken home for the salad that was remaining and my daughter asked for another peach iced tea to go and we left paying the bill on the machine on the table. I kind of stewed about this all night thinking it was a different area with an attitude problem and just not good food but I just wanted someone to know that someone needs to check into the Liland branch on Delsea Drive because the people that were working they were just sitting around and you could see them into the kitchen where we were seated just laughing and carrying on but nobody wanted to take care of the three customers that were sitting at tables or I should say three other families that were sitting at tables it was around 3:30 in the afternoon yesterday so its not like they were that busy but they could at least come out and pay you some more attention than they did . As I said before we always go to the Mayslanding one never had a problem very friendly employees manager come out and ask you how your meal is never an issue until yesterday if you need to know where it was it was 3 880 South Delsea Dr.
in Vineland the server with Diana F we were there at 1604 on 320 and the check number was 13768 and like I said my name is Tina Taylor my phone number is 609-**** actually Im gonna give you my cell number 609457-**** if someone would like to call me back if not Im just logging this complaint because I find it to be embarrassing how we were treated . To much to type bout incident
Went there. It was starting to snow outside went inside got a booth they had to air out.
It was freezing. I heard the other table complaining also and there was a third party to. I was so cold my hands were freezing. I had to cover up all my coat, I told the waitress so she told a manager.
When is your turn the heat on it got warm for about two minutes then I started getting cold again I got up looked at the thermostat and the heat wasnt even on it was the fan which is blowing cold air around , my food came out dirty minutes later the angel hair was gone me and just thrown on a plate.
The carbonara sauce came out in a separate bowl which shouldve never happened so I told the manager now that the heat is still not on he went over and just turned it on auto, but it still wasnt on heat , my husband does heating and air so we knew what was going on. If its cold and customers are complaining, why not put the heat on I doubt will ever go back management was poor food was cold the soup was cold.

I ordered Olive Garden to go at the bay rd Saginaw MI location. I ordered a lasagna with a salad and I customized my salad how I wanted it.
No tomatos no black olives and extra pepperchini peppers with 4pks of croutons. And utensils. I drove 45min back and forth for this food and spent $30 for my salad to not be customized actually looked as if they put extra black olives in it. No utensils, Im working I have nothing to eat with!
So now I just wasted my time, money, and gas. I called the Saginaw one and the manager was extremely rude and said I was wrong! I told her Im eating a fry *** salad with my fingers and she said she is hanging up cause I cussed.
And then didnt want to give me the # to corporate so I google searched to email because it didnt have to be that big of a deal but she kept telling me I was wrong and I didnt order what I ordered! I have my receipt and im hoping to hear a response back.

yesterday my friends and I a party of 10 went to your location on Woodrow bean Transmountain in El Paso Texas around 8pm mst. We all ended up with food poisoning.
We all had chicken our one friend had egg plant parm and my daughter had pizza. All sick. The manager said she would refund our bill but could only do mine so my friend called in about hers.
The manager was rude she stated she did 50 orders of chicken and shrimp carbonara and we are the only table to complain. First off I think that was extremely rude of her and not only that she hung up on my friend when she said we had to wait for 15 mins in an empty restaurant.

Recently had dinner at Olive Garden In Panama City Beach, Florida and had many issues. (02/25/2024 - check #33691) We ordered an appetizer along with 2 entrees with salad.
The appetizer came out and a minute later the salad bowel and a couple minutes later the entrees, all within 5 minutes. We didn't get to enjoy our appetizer, due to the salad arriving, so we both got a plate of salad when the main entre arrived. Needless to say, the main course was cold before we got to it. When I tried to pay at the table with a credit card the tip was included in the bill.
I like to give the waitress cash for good service, but I did not get the option. There was no place on the table kiosk to not leave a tip which is my usual routine.
Not a favorable meal or evening with my wife. Hope you can correct these issues.

Forced to quit because i was told i was racist
My name is Jennifer I had worked at olive garden for 7 months, and I was doing great I loved the job and had no complaints, but then I had posted something on my personal social media account and was told that it was racist then they had come to me asking questions like have you ever said anything racist while on the job or have you ever said anything racist on social media which both answers were no they then put me on unpaid leave so they could investigate at that point I called them and quit I am anything but racist I have a son that is mixed I have dated people of color I have family that is. I am not a racist at all

On 2/16/24 as I was leaving Olive GardenI caught my toe on a corner of the mud runner that was flipped up in the entry and fell. This was between the two sets of glass doors.
There was staff that witnessed it and offered help immediately. The GM, was brought out. They made certain I didn't require Rescue and sent me on my way. I followed up via email 2/18 that I would be seeking medical attention.
I followed up via email on 2/27 stated he would have Liability contact me. Followed up with Via email on 3/4, told I would be contacted soon. Reached out on 3/6. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!!
I have been in a lot pain for almost a month which is unacceptable. I would appreciate someone reaching out to me to resolve this.

I didn’t talk to anybody until after I got back with my order wrong!
They were wrong! And I actually eat inside there often, this was my first “to go” order and it will be my last ever order
