I was ordered by a employee that I had to pay for my meal right now while I was still eating. I gave the employee a $100 Bill to pay and the employee short changed me $20.

I do not know why I had to stop eating and pay in the middle of my meal. I was very mad and left then I find I was short changed. I did not make a scene I just left and left the rest of my meal on the table.

This Olive Garden is the worst Olive Garden that I have ever ate at. I am thanking of Fileing a law suit to recover my $20 that they short changed me.

I will never eat at this Olive Garden again even though I have lived i this town for the past 40 years. I will also tell this story to everyone I know in this town and at every club meeting, Chamber meeting, and any other place I go.

To short change me $20 is the same as steeling. I called Olive Garden at (785) 238-8166 and no one wants to talk to me about this. I guess I will have to let the Judge here my story.

You can reach me at 216-849-9587 if you want to correct this prior to me taking action in the local courts.

I just did a reverse lookup on the phone number, and its listed as Denny's and not Olive Garden. Are we that desperate for attention; or that broke that we have to try to scam all the local resturaunts out of 20 bucks?????

You know what you are right. There is a letter to Denny's with the exact same wording. Except Olive Garden is in place of Denny's. Something is smelling fishy here and it is not Olive Garden's Fish and seafood selection.

Didn't you make the exact same complaint about Denny's? As a matter of fact you have the exact same telephone number for Dennys also :? Something smells fishy here 8)

I would not have left your meal on the table no matter how angry I was. I would have asked for a doggy bag, or finished the mean and not tipped properly. Also when paying with large bills it does not hurt to check your change. Some of these waitresses do like to steal or it could be a simple mistake. However since time has passed I don't know if you can get your $20 back. I don't even know if you can take this to court. However if this particular waitress has complaints like this before than she will likely be caught and fired.

I don't know why they asked you to pay upfront. Only buffet restaurants make you pay up front, not Olive Garden. The only reason I could think of is if you went close to closing time. Then again, I have been to restaurants close to closing time and they did not insist I pay the bill before I finished eating. The best thing I would do it not leave a tip. (though she helped herself to the tip.
